For those of you who like to view properties and their surrounding area from your computer (and see many places around the world) try mapstreetview.com

Try it out with your home address. This is a bit different from showmystreet.com and gives a nice neighborhood view whereas showmystreet gives better commercial building views (multi-story). Google Earth is still best for overhead views and views away from the street.

With a property profile from Dennis and these tools you can do a pretty fine quick CMA without leaving your office.

Password changes

Site was hacked again. I have changed all passwords. You can log in and change it to whatever you want but please use a strong password. Hackers can get in through any user’s password if it is not strong enough and damage the complete site.

You are set up as a user of the LandAndInvestment.com group so you can post properties – haves or wants – or anything of interest to the group.

I changed all the passwords because site was hacked – if you, sometime, want to post something simply click on “lost password” and a new password will be sent to your email address.

If not, nothing happens and you are not on any “list”. If you want to receive an email for new posts simply go to the website and enter your email in the “See Opportunities First” box. Again, you will not be on any “list” – no one can see your email or has access to it (except me). If you want off at any time simply email or call me.

Steve Cropper passing

It is with great sadness, that I write this email to inform you of our dear friend Steve Cropper’s passing. Steve passed away peacefully this past Friday after
a hard-fought battle with cancer. He is now shining down on all of us.

He was surrounded by his immediate family and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Details of his Memorial will be sent out shortly.
