This is a WordPress site. To modify your current posts or to add a new post you must first log in to the LandandInvestment.com website.
For those of you who like to view properties and their surrounding area from your computer (and see many places around the world) try mapstreetview.com
Try it out with your home address. This is a bit different from showmystreet.com and gives a nice neighborhood view whereas showmystreet gives better commercial building views (multi-story). Google Earth is still best for overhead views and views away from the street.
With a property profile from Dennis and these tools you can do a pretty fine quick CMA without leaving your office.

Site was hacked again. I have changed all passwords. You can log in and change it to whatever you want but please use a strong password. Hackers can get in through any user’s password if it is not strong enough and damage the complete site.
You are set up as a user of the LandAndInvestment.com group so you can post properties – haves or wants – or anything of interest to the group.
I changed all the passwords because site was hacked – if you, sometime, want to post something simply click on “lost password” and a new password will be sent to your email address.
If not, nothing happens and you are not on any “list”. If you want to receive an email for new posts simply go to the website and enter your email in the “See Opportunities First” box. Again, you will not be on any “list” – no one can see your email or has access to it (except me). If you want off at any time simply email or call me.

New Year – working to catch up with posts AND add some new features.
Whenever a post is opened your user information appears at the bottom of the post. If you look at a few of these you will get an idea of what you can have appear automatically in this box along with you picture (if you have set up a Gravatar). Note: you can find how to set up a Gravatar by searching “Gravatar” on the website.
Your user profile can also contain the following:
Twitter user name
Facebook author URL
Google+ author profile.
Any of these will improve your visibility and should help you find and work with clients.
Send the information to me and I will add it to your User Profile. Sorry – you have to do your own Gravatar because it interacts with your email address.
